Yoshio Fujiwara is a First Vice President in CBRE’s South Bay office in El Segundo, California. He began his real estate career with the Kobe office of IKOMA CBRE in 1990. In his 29 years with IKOMA and CBRE, he has completed more than 900 transactions for Japanese corporations in both Japan and the United States.
In 1992, Yoshio was promoted to Manager of Industrial Leasing and Sales at the company’s headquarters in Osaka. During his tenure in this position, he oversaw transactions in broad areas of commercial and industrial properties.
In January 1999, Yoshio was promoted to General Manager of the Kyoto office. As General Manager, he was responsible for managing all aspects of brokerage/consulting services, including investment transactions and the leasing and sale of industrial and office properties.
In 2005, Yoshio brought his extensive experience with international transactions to CBRE's South Bay office in Torrance, California. As an industrial and office specialist with the Japan Desk, a CBRE strategic team, he is mainly focused on providing brokerage and consulting services to major Japanese companies in the United States and Mexico.
