Warren Willey is an Executive Vice President within the CBRE Global Corporate Services group and leads a team of brokers specializing in portfolio management for office and retail tenants. The team focuses on a single point of contact model where one call utilizes the CBRE network for all real estate functions. As an 18-year industry veteran, Mr. Willey has been involved in multiple national assignments and local DFW assignments representing Tenants only for the past 13 years.
Mr. Willey specializes in transaction management among all property types. His team creates a customized approach tailored to each client’s specific needs. His experience in healthcare, retail health care, and tenant representation for public corporations, combined with his early role as a landlord’s leasing agent for institutional ownership provides unique knowledge used for the benefit of his clients.
Mr. Willey was a Vice President with Trammell Crow Company for 7 years prior to the merger with CBRE in November of 2006.
Mr. Willey has completed transactions utilizing the CBRE platform in over 45 states to date. Typically the team transacts over 125 leases per year. The team is dedicated to being in front of clients lease expirations 2 years in advance to formulate and implement a strategy to leverage all of the market driven options.
