Walter Pagel moved to CBRE, Inc. in 2011 after spending 15 years at Grubb and Ellis Company.  He has exhibited productivity, experience and professionalism as a Retail Property Specialist. He is qualified to handle and coordinate all phases of real estate activity:  landlord representation, tenant representation, appraisal, and lease analysis.

Walter has been involved in all levels of the Real Estate Cycle from “ground up” concepts to development – leasing to investment sales.  He has represented tenants wishing to expand throughout Southern California and the United States as well as representing numerous “Greater LA Basin” Landlords.  Walter began his career specializing in land sales and ground up development in the Inland Empire.  Today Walter focuses his time on leasing well established and anchored centers in Orange County as well as repositioning and developing retail projects in the Inland Empire.
