Mike Gora is Director of Project Management for CBRE’s Motorola Solutions, Inc. account. Mike completes all facets of project management including, scope and schedule development, due diligence, budget management and contract negotiation, as well as oversight within the real estate department. He also supervises remotely stationed variable Project Managers across the country.
Mike places great emphasis on collaboration between CBRE’s Strategy and Transaction Teams to provide assistance in ensuring each facility’s progress aligns with the construction schedule and budget requirements outlined for the project.
Mike is a LEED accredited professional, working within the real estate management and construction industries for over twenty-five years. His project experience expands geographically over North, Central and South America, Mexico and Canada with 3,000,000 square feet + of projects completed. The types of projects he has completed include ground-up build-to-suit, interior office environments, manufacturing and logistic facilities and relocations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mike served as a Senior Project Manager for RR Donnelley. In this role, he managed a portfolio consisting of 40,000,000 square feet across the country. Project types included manufacturing, warehouse/distribution facilities and corporate office space.
