Professional Experience
As the Associate Director of Occupier Research at CBRE for the Atlanta market, Travis Deese is the primary analyst for in-depth research requests as well as the primary point of contact for senior regional and national leadership when conducting national research requests. He has been selected as a member of a small national team of CBRE Research professionals to work on national special interest reports, and he was selected as a national Research Rising Star. Mr. Deese is also responsible for coordinating task workflow for the Atlanta research team. These tasks include developing thought leadership pieces, quarterly market reports, customized comparable market research, social media localization for national research reports, historical trend analysis and market research presentations.
Previously, Mr. Deese served as an appraiser in the Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS) department at CBRE where he developed valuations for a diverse array of property types including retail, office, industrial, educational facilities, places of worship, golf courses and other special use properties. Prior to his tenure with CBRE, Mr. Deese was an Auditor with Deloitte responsible for overseeing financial audits for real estate companies in Atlanta.
