As a Project Manager, Tracy Wilson is responsible for the furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) coordination within a project, specializing in medical equipment planning. Ms. Wilson provides her expertise leading the FFE process from inception to implementation; she is responsible for developing the FFE budget, coordination with the design team and stake holders, specification development, M/E/P coordination, product research, reuse & relocation coordination, database and inventory management and procurement implementation including receiving, installation and training. Ms. Wilson has worked extensively with hospital staff; guiding the equipment/furniture selection process, adhering to established standards, rigid time lines and budget parameters. Her experience in hospital purchasing brings a clear understanding of the need to provide the best patient care while still enabling the facility to reach its full revenue earning potential through equipment research, vendor negotiation and the value engineer process.
