Professional Experience
Mr. Hoover joined CBRE’s Fort Lauderdale office in 1988 where he accepted a position in the marketing/research department. Soon thereafter, he was promoted to associate of industrial property sales and leasing for Broward County. Since 1989, he has been involved in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Broward County along the I-95, I-595, Sawgrass Expressway, and Florida Turnpike corridors. His latest assignments include representing industrial, warehouse lease and sales, land development opportunities, building sales and tenant representation assignments.
Mr. Hoover has successfully completed over 700 Industrial transactions in South Florida, which have included landlord representation, tenant representation, land sales, build-to-suits for sale and build-to-suits for lease.
Currently, Mr. Hoover is involved in development opportunities in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, for multitenant warehouse space for lease. Mr. Hoover’s largest landlord assignments include Quiet Waters Business Park, a 670,000 square foot office warehouse project in Deerfield Beach, Bridge Point I-95 a 309,000 SF Business Park and Bridge Point Powerline Road, a 521,560 SF Business Park in Pompano Beach.
