In 2011, Tom Shirocky was appointed to direct CBRE’s Consulting operations in New Jersey, following over eight years as a senior member of that division in New York City. Tom’s broad set of skills include strategic planning, economic analysis, transaction negotiation, and structuring build-to-suits. During his tenure, Tom has been involved with many of the group’s more complex tenant representation assignments, as well as several of its national consulting projects. Prior to its acquisition by CBRE, Tom worked in the same capacity for Insignia/ESG for over 10 years, and has 22 years of industry experience.
