Professional Experience
Tom Low is a Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s New York office. Mr. Low provides real estate appraisal and consulting services throughout the Northeast Region. His primary geographical focus is New York City and the Connecticut market.
Mr. Low has extensive experience in providing real estate appraisals, reviews, market studies, rental determination, feasibility studies, portfolio financial reporting, condemnation, bankruptcy proceedings, estate liquidation and litigation support. Mr. Low’s experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office, regional shopping center, industrial, multi-family, medical office, residential subdivision, master-planned community, co-op and condo conversions, development sites and special-use properties.
Mr. Low is a Designated Member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute. Prior to joining CBRE in 2010, Mr. Low was Director at Grubb & Ellis Valuation & Advisory Group in New York.
