Todd began his real estate career after graduating from USC with a degree in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business. He started his career working for private syndicators gaining experience in property and project management, entitlements, development and financial modeling.
After working in boutique brokerage firms, Todd ran his own real estate brokerage company for nine years, during which time he obtained his CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He has been with CBRE - Newport Beach in Orange County, California since 2015.
