Mr. Sheehan led the re-merchandising of the WTC retail concourse that placed it in the top tier of the country’s most productive retail centers and the sale of the leasehold to Westfield. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Mr. Sheehan was a founder and executive director of the Regional Alliance for Small Contractors, a public/private partnership formed by the leaders of the construction industry to improve the position of women and minorities in the industry.
