Professional Experience

Tim Vogds is a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Dallas, Texas, where he specializes in industrial and value office/flex occupier advisory services. Tim also serves as the broker lead for regional and national occupiers, where over a decade of tenure and experience within the CBRE network are leveraged for the exclusive benefit of clients. Whether working with a local D/FW client or a regional/national occupier, Mr. Vogds background in corporate finance provides a foundation for delivering value. Combining market intelligence with a consultative approach, Tim is passionate about representing the interests of Industrial/Flex occupiers.

Mr. Vogds joined CBRE as a summer intern in 2003 between the first and second year of the full time MBA program at Southern Methodist University. He continued to work part time during the second year of the MBA program, and joined CBRE on a full time basis in May of 2004. Prior to enrolling at SMU, Mr. Vogds spent two years with Dell Computer Corporation in Austin, Texas, where his responsibilities promoted extensive development of the sales and finance skill set he still relies upon today.
