Tim McGinnis began his employment with CBRE when the company acquired Trammell Crow Company. He began working with TCC at the end of 2003 as a Systems Administrator for ProjectTalk, supporting Project Management needs. Mr. McGinnis works primarily on the Bank of America account, but also serves as a variable resource for IRG to other accounts within the company. Tim is responsible for maintaining functionality, feature enhancement and future planning for the current project management tool used by more than 300 associates on the Bank of America and Comerica accounts.
Mr. McGinnis has over 8 years of technology experience with 6 years of specialty support for Meridian Systems’ project management software.
Tim’s 3 year tenure with Meridian System as a support account manager gives him the depth of technology surrounding the current Project Management solution employed on the Bank of America account, as well as the breadth of customer service required to achieve the goal of higher standards.
