Thomas J. O'Brien joined the company in 1981 after spending several years in management positions with oilfield equipment manufacturing firms. Tom specializes in industrial real estate, concentrating on the acquisition/disposition of manufacturing plants, warehouse-distribution centers and investment properties for institutional owners. This activity involves consulting in addition to the development and execution of individualized marketing programs and development services for new construction projects.
