Thomas Harmon

Tom Harmon is a member of the CBRE National Partners Industrial Investment Sales Team, a national partnership that is comprised of five teams to deliver superior strategy and execution in all facets of industrial real estate.  Concentrated on the North Central Region, Tom works alongside sales professionals, Mike Caprile, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham.  As Senior Production Analyst, Tom is experienced in the entire execution process, including pre-marketing due diligence, analysis, production of offering materials, deal marketing and closing.  

Prior to joining the National Partners group, Tom was an Associate within the Industrial & Logistics Services Group.  Working with team members Ryan Bain, Zach Graham and Victoria Gomez, Tom specialized in representing private, corporate and institutional clients with a primary focus on leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities.

Tom started with CBRE as a part of the esteemed Wheel Program.  During the twelve-month program, Tom’s rotations included Industrial Brokerage, Investment Properties- Capital Markets and Advisory and Transaction Services.  The Wheel Program gave Tom an opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the top producers within the company and provided him an in-depth and rigorous foundation in commercial real estate.
