Thomas Gorman is a Senior Vice President in the Philadelphia office specializing in sourcing of debt and equity for owners of shopping centers, strip centers and single-tenant, net-leased properties .
As a member of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team, Mr. Gorman accesses CBRE’s relationships with hundreds of capital sources on behalf of his clients to identify lenders that can best fulfill each client’s investment needs. In addition, he leverages CBRE’s vast regional and national resources in Investment Sales, Leasing, Property Management, Valuation, and Research to fully analyze each asset and develop an optimal custom solution for the client’s unique situation. Mr. Gorman brings a unique perspective to Debt & Structured Finance having sold hundreds of retail properties for institutional and private clients as an investment sales professional during the first decade of his career. In addition to debt and equity, his significant experience includes investment strategy, portfolio analysis, acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gorman was a Regional Manager for Marcus & Millichap where he opened the company’s Boston office and oversaw operations in New England after serving in management roles in the company’s Philadelphia and Washington, DC offices.
