Tabitha Tisdale is the Client Services Coordinator for the for the CBRE|Triad Brokerage Services team in the Triad office of North Carolina; comprising the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point and Burlington markets. Mrs. Tisdale assists the brokerage team in developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients. She is actively engaged in brokerage support, existing and new client development, administrative functions and collaboration with the marketing and research teams.
Mrs. Tisdale spent the last 7 years creating and growing her own real estate investment company, Grimshaw Properties. The experience she gained in the purchasing, disposition, leasing and managing of her own commercial properties helps her provide unique insights to clients about real estate transactions, market analysis and sale process facilitation. Her knowledge and enthusiasm helps clients gain a better understanding of the potential of real estate investing to create a legacy for their families, their companies and their communities.
Her previous experience includes financial services wholesaling in the bank channel, with both First Union and Wachovia banks. Mrs. Tisdale is native of Winston-Salem, NC and currently resides there with her husband and 3 children.
