Susan Lines joined CBRE in late Fall 2011. She has lived in the Greater Akron Area since 1986 and has worked extensively in the Area for over 17 years as a commercial real estate broker. While her primary focus is office and investment real estate, she has represented both owners/landlords and buyers/sellers in the leasing, purchase and selling of all types of commercial properties.
Susan has developed a reputation of being one of the top brokers in the Area with an extensive knowledge of the area real estate, businesses and municipalities. In 2017 she was inducted into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
Susan lives, volunteers and works in the Area and brings significant knowledge and experience to each transaction. Combining this knowledge and experience with CBRE’s vast resources allows Susan to help her clients make informed real estate decisions that result in a win/win transaction.
