Stephanie Seno serves as Strategic Projects Director, where her responsibilities include defining and delivering key initiatives to support CBRE's Americas business. Stephanie partners with senior leadership to drive impactful business results that change the top and bottom line.
Prior to joining the Americas Operations team, Stephanie spent seven years as Sales Director for CBRE in Dallas/Fort Worth. In this capacity, she supported Producers in business development, platform engagement and technology adoption. Stephanie was recognized as Sales Management Professional of the Year in 2019, which is awarded to the top Americas Sales Management professional who embodies excellence at CBRE.
Stephanie’s tenure with CBRE also includes experience with Capital Markets, where she held a national operations and marketing role serving over 90 investment sales teams in 50 markets across the United States. Prior to this role, Stephanie supported two top-producing investment sales teams with their marketing and client relations needs.
Stephanie began her real estate career as a Senior Research Analyst at Grubb & Ellis Company, where she produced market analyses for the Dallas/Fort Worth office, industrial and multifamily sectors.
