Spencer Sheets joined CBRE in 2019 as an industrial specialist teaming with a longtime broker. His focus is marketing industrial real estate for lease or sale and matching companies to space that meets their needs. This includes all industrial building types in the metro area to include manufacturing and warehousing. He also markets industrial land for new construction.
Prior to joining CBRE, Spencer brought a background in SaaS (software as a service) both in management and as a sales team member. As a Division 1 collegiate athlete on the Men’s Golf Team at Oral Roberts University, he developed winning habits to stay competitive throughout his athletic career. These goal oriented habits carried over from graduation and serve him well in his personal life and professional career.
Spencer diligently markets industrial properties to locate tenants or buyers. In a low vacancy market, it is tough to locate space for customers. He likes the challenge of assisting companies to find the best options by providing reliable information to make sound real estate decisions.
When not at the office or showing industrial real estate, Spencer enjoys a round of golf with friends or customers, or you may even find him playing ice hockey.
