Professional Experience
Sean Williams joined CBRE in 2012, specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial properties in Central San Diego. Mr. Williams and his team work with institutional investor clients in the marketing and leasing of their assets. Additionally, they work with occupiers of industrial space with their real estate strategic planning. This includes expansion and consolidation, own-versus-lease analysis and multi-market transactions.
Mr. Williams began his real estate career in 2005 as an Associate in Business Development with Newmark Knight Frank. In 2006, Sean was recruited to join Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw the marketing efforts for a large property portfolio and completed many high-profile and complex tenant representation assignments.
In his spare time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, Juliette, and their two children (Colton and Camden), playing golf, and being active outdoors.
