Sean Sullivan is a 26-year veteran of the California commercial real estate capital markets. Sean started his career with CBRE in Los Angeles in 1992, transitioned to Eastdil Secured from 2005 to 2012, then rejoined CBRE Capital Markets in 2012. Based in Los Angeles, CA, Sean’s experience includes directing the sale and/or recapitalization of over 200 office and industrial buildings representing in excess of $15 billion in aggregate transaction volume.
