Scott Mincey Director of Facilities Management

Professional Experience

Scott is the Director of Facilities Management for the Regions Bank account.  He has overall responsibility for providing facility management services including engineering, operations, energy, sustainability, and facility capital. He directs a team of 200 CBRE associates that supports over 2000 sites and 15 million square feet of client owned and leased properties in 16 states.

Before joining CBRE in 2014, Scott was President of ESI Real Estate Management Services, where he directed real estate advisory, strategic planning, and project management services to corporate clients.

Prior to this role, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Citigroup Inc., where he had responsibility for corporate real estate strategies, lease administration, facility services, and space management for the Mid-Atlantic region.

Scott began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, and served in various facilities and construction positions with the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Scott holds a B.A. degree in Urban Planning from High Point University and a Master’s Certification in Project Management from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. Scott has a CFM and PMP certification and has served in numerous civic positions and been involved with professional organizations such as IFMA, BOMA, and PMI.
