Scott Keller joined CBRE Property Management in January of 2018 as a Real Estate Manager in the Kansas City office. Scott initially managed a portfolio of 1.4 million SF of industrial assets throughout the Kansas City metro. He also assisted with the initial build-out of a 500,000 SF industrial tenant space and managed the complete overhaul of a 271,000 SF warehouse HVAC system.
In September of 2018, Scott was promoted to Senior Real Estate Manager and became General Manager of Park Place Village in Leawood, Kansas. Scott is responsible for property management, accounting, tenant relations and marketing/events for the 483,000 SF Class A office/retail lifestyle center. Scott also plays a pivotal role in construction project management and leasing for the center.
Scott assisted in the transition of a 3.4 million SF, 34-building office portfolio, overseeing the initial budgeting process for the new CBRE client. Scott was recognized as CBRE Kansas City’s Real Estate Manager of the year in 2018, and is currently pursuing his CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Prior to joining CBRE, Scott spent more than ten years as a wealth advisor assisting high-net-worth clients with budgeting, capital allocation, investment analysis and liability management. Scott’s unique financial background make him well positioned to preserve and create value for his clients.
