As the longest tenured employee with Forum Analytics, Sarah is responsible for the quality of all projects and deliverables, from user experience to final executive presentations. In her capacity as Chief Client Officer she leads the helm of a dedicated staff of statisticians, project managers, support analysts, and QA team members to ensure our clients receive the exceptional quality they expect from us. Her laser focus and attention to detail coupled with her management and communication skills have endeared her to every Forum client and associate.
Sarah is an integral part of the Forum leadership team and has initiated processes and training to help advance the skills of the project team she oversees. Her mentorship has allowed several junior project analysts advance to project manager roles. She also acts as the liaison between the business development and client services teams to ensure client expectations are met fully through the completion of every project.
In addition, Sarah constructs and negotiates contract renewals for existing clients, aligning the proposed solution to their current goals to ensure clients get the full advantage of Forum’s available services.
Sarah has been instrumental in client relationship management at Forum Analytics, having negotiated numerous key client renewals for multi-year extensions. She has worked with several long-standing clients including CorePower Yoga and School of Rock, to rebuild and refresh their SIMMS solutions and renew their partnership agreements. Her ability to listen to the clients’ needs and relay it to the stats and programming teams to create customized platforms meeting client objectives, has helped bolster Forum’s industry-leading retention rate.
Having interned for local celebrity weatherman Tom Skilling, Sarah considers herself an amateur meteorologist. She has been with Forum Analytics since 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Northern Illinois University.
