Ryne Raymond is a Director and West Region Lead for the CBRE’s Workplace practice based in San Francisco. With a background in finance and strategy, Ryne focuses on the strategic impact and business case development for client challenges. Ryne believes that building a great work experience requires making deliberate choices that incorporates and aligns people, space, technology, and leadership goals.
Since joining the practice over 6 years ago, Ryne has led the development and implementation of workplace strategies for clients across North America. Ryne works with a range of client workplaces that include up-and-coming technology companies as well as well-established financial services firms. In addition to strategy development, Ryne also guides clients through the change process, ensuring that clients can successfully transition to a (sometimes) very new way of working and are equipped to best utilize and engage their employees within their new environments.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ryne completed his MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business where he led research on the impact of Millennials and Digital Natives on the Workforce, eventually presenting the findings at the CoreNet Global Summit in 2012.
