Ryan Wengert is an associate in CBRE’s Los Angeles South Bay office. As a member of one of the most experienced tenant and landlord representation teams in the industry, Ryan and his partners provide strategic business solutions to their clients both in the local Port of Los Angeles / Long Beach Industrial Market and on targeted assignments across the country. The Team’s expertise includes site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, sale/leasebacks, dispositions, build-to-suits and efficient space utilization modeling.

Driven by his unrelenting passion and commitment to add value to others, Ryan has quickly become a valuable asset to CBRE, his clients and immediate teammates. Ryan's educational B.S. degree in Biological Systems Engineering with a minor in Engineering Sales provides a charismatic, rare synergy to his clients in the industrial and logistics sector. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, golfing and spending time outside.
