In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Ryan Minihan joined CBRE/New England in 2013 and specializes in all facets of retail including leasing, tenant representation and retail asset disposition.
Ryan's client relationships are built through hard work, attention to detail and an attitude focused on results. Since joining CBRE/NE, Ryan's landlord representation has spanned from institutional landlords, such as Kimco and Equity One, Inc., to prominent regional landlords such as Northland Investment Corporation, Charles River Realty, Crosspoint Associates and The Growth Companies, among many others. Ryan also represents numerous tenants which include traditional big box retailers such Bernie & Phyl's Furniture, Ty Law's Launch Trampoline Park and Crunch Fitness. He has assisted numerous smaller clients with their roll-outs in the Northeast such as Gulshan Enterprises, which operates over 800 quick-service restaurants throughout the U.S., acts as the primary franchisee for Dairy Queen and is the second-largest Burger King franchisee in the U.S. He also assisted Tenet Healthcare in the establishment of its Medpost Urgent Care centers in Massachusetts. He is also currently assisting Mattress One, a 300-unit operation out of Florida and Texas, with its current expansion into the market. His knowledge and tenacity to locate the best sites at the best value for his clients build value into each of his tenant relationships.
Prior to joining CBRE/NE, Ryan worked for Chicago-based retailer and landlord, Family Video. Ryan's focus was replacing lower-producing stores with new longer-term tenants for the company's 800 stores in 19 states. He also managed construction and helped create a sales network for Family Video.
