Professional Experience
Royce Rose is a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Miami-based Capital Markets Institutional Group, a fully-integrated Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance team with a primary focus on office and industrial transactions. Mr. Rose is responsible for financial underwriting, property valuation, market analysis, and the development of marketing materials for the sale and financing of investment properties. Since joining the team in 2018, Mr. Rose has participated in over $2.8 billion of sales and financing transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rose was a Financial Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate REIT group at US Bank where he was responsible for originating and underwriting RLOC/Term facilities as well as managing a $500+ million loan portfolio. Mr. Rose graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wake Forest University School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
