Professional Experience
Ronald Spiers is a Senior Transaction Manager in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Group. In this position, he creates imaginative outsourced real estate portfolio solutions for global and regional corporate clients. He develops and provides consulting services, research and market analysis, transaction and portfolio management, deal negotiations and financial reviews for diverse corporate clients.
Mr. Spiers has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in three global markets; UK, Australia and the U.S. He started in The City of London negotiating office leases for some of the UK’s largest landlords. Then he moved to Australia and represented a multitude of private and institutional clients in the office and industrial markets of Melbourne. Moving to the U.S. in 2000, he transitioned into the corporate services side of commercial real estate. Joining Crawford & Company, the world’s largest third party insurance loss adjuster, where he was a manager of corporate real estate. While with Crawford, he optimized a diverse portfolio with properties located throughout the western half of the U.S. and its overseas territories.
In 2010 Mr. Spiers came to CBRE Atlanta and joined the team dedicated to the General Electric.
From 2017 he leads the Suez – WTS account, where he manages a diverse and dynamic portfolio across business silos. Negotiating and documenting all aspects of lease and sale transactions (both acquisition and disposition) in a global portfolio.
