Professional Experience

Rohan Shetty is a Financial Analyst and member of the Capital Markets’ Central Midwest Multifamily team in Indianapolis. He is responsible for coordinating all  financial analysis development and implementation into the marketing campaign. Rohan joined CBRE in December 2016, specializing in valuation and disposition of multi-housing properties for both institutional and private clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Rohan worked as a Business Analyst for Aon Hewitt where he managed ongoing operations of a six-member team, identified discrepancies in data, and designed queries among other tasks.
