Roger Sandstrom

Professional Experience

Roger Sandstrom is a Senior Project Manager for the CBRE Chicagoland Project Management team with a focus on Industrial Projects. He brings over 25 years of experience in construction and real estate development with a wide array of experience with industrial manufacturing and distribution facilities, K-12 schools, and commercial development. Roger is responsible for all aspects of the project delivery process from due diligence into design through construction and occupancy. He is well known in the industry for strong client relationships and assembling top performing teams. Most recently, Roger was a Senior Program Manager with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions on the Johnson Controls account. 

Prior to then, he was a Senior Project Manager on ourMotorola Solutions account–managing over 1M square feet of work and over 100M in project costs. Before joining CBRE, Roger has served as the Vice President of Development forInternational Facilities Group and Senior Project Manager with Higgins Development Partners.
