Rodney Nanez is a Project Management Director for CBRE in the Dallas region. His portfolio includes consistent cliental testimonials commending his outstanding customer relations, supervision of pre-construction, construction and infrastructure, project completion and closeout documentation. He provides day-to-day interaction with all project consultants, contractors, vendors and contract administration on behalf of his clients.
Prior to the merger with CBRE Rodney served as a Project Manager in the Global Services Division of Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Nanez brings over 15 years of retail and customer service experience in addition to 7 years of multiunit management experience with 3 years in the franchising industry. He also has extensive experience in the development and opening of small to medium format and big box retail locations. This includes all phases of the opening process (i.e., site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, fixture layout, construction management, closeout documentation, concept training, business proforma, and grand opening marketing planning).
