Professional Experience
Robert Wotton is the Business Analytics Director with CBRE’s New York Transaction Management Hub, which focuses on developing real estate-driven cost reduction strategies for portfolios, regional sets of occupancies and single major assets for corporate clients. Mr. Wotton is primarily responsible for transaction consulting, strategic occupancy planning and financial analysis.
Mr. Wotton’s consulting experience includes regional consolidation strategy development, financial impact modeling, and large-scale portfolio valuation and optimization. Mr. Wotton is also responsible for developing and analyzing real estate strategies for major corporations; his work includes preparing cash flow projections and other financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned assets, evaluating potential transaction structures, creating offering memorandums and reviewing transaction documents.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wotton worked for K. Hovnanian Homes as a Development Manager, where he managed due diligence, approval and construction activities for residential development projects.
