Robert Pine joined CBRE’s Industrial Services group in 2001 and is currently located in the East Brunswick, New Jersey office. His market expertise lies in understanding the real estate dynamics of the Brunswicks, Edison, Woodbridge, Route 287, and Exit 8A submarkets, as well as the overall central New Jersey market.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Pine owned and operated a chain of six fast food restaurants located in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and worked in his family’s real estate development company, developing office and commercial property in New Jersey.

In his spare time, Mr. Pine enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures and cheering for New York/New Jersey sports.
