Professional Experience

As an Industrial & Logistics Associate with CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions Services, Rob Kruer represents companies that occupy industrial real estate by assisting them with buying, leasing, selling, or subleasing property. His strategy includes discovery of the client’s current and future business needs and goals, an evaluation of the company’s current real estate holdings, current market analysis, site selection, contract negotiation and deal management. He has demonstrated the ability to save his clients time and give them the leverage and market knowledge that they need to secure the most advantageous opportunity in the market.

Rob’s interest in real estate began at the age of 18, when he earned his Georgia real estate license. Since then, he has also received his associate broker’s license, as well as a master’s degree in business administration, with a major in real estate. This wealth of knowledge has helped Rob to better understand all facets of his clients’ businesses—not just the real estate side. By understanding the many constraints and challenges that companies face, he advises decision makers on how to fit their real estate needs into their company’s mission and goals.

Outside of the office, Rob is passionate about Clemson football, boating, fishing, kayaking and mountain biking. Usually, he can be found at Lake Lanier enjoying the outdoors during summer weekends. Throughout the fall, he likes to travel to cheer on the Tigers.
