Professional Experience
Rob Gresham is the Director of Engineering Operations for Asset Services in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Mr. Gresham brings over 30 years of engineering and maintenance experience to the CBRE team. He is responsible for safety, training, annual capital expenditure budgeting and execution, building inspections, quality control, and oversight of all engineering operations.
Prior to joining CBRE, he was a senior engineering manager with several major US hotel corporations with over 15 years’ experience in the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central and South America. Mr. Gresham has a very diverse background that includes management of multi-property domestic and international facilities with direct oversight of engineering, landscaping, golf course maintenance, security and housekeeping teams. He is an experienced project manager and has been involved in the management, design and commissioning process of over $1.0 Billion renovation and construction projects, many in exotic locations. He actively partnered with local governments on infrastructure improvement, hospital and government facility maintenance, safety, hurricane and storm awareness and technical school development for the local population.
Since there was a lack of technical schooling or associations that supported facilities training in eastern Caribbean, Mr. Gresham founded Shipwrecked Charities that does fundraising efforts to purchase technical school manuals for the local island vocational schools. He also started an apprentice facility maintenance program to help troubled youth in the Caribbean find a career path.
