Professional Experience
RJ Luth, Jr. is an Executive Vice President with the Debt and Structured Finance Group of CBRE’s Capital Markets division. Mr. Luth is based in the firm’s Stamford, Connecticut office and is active in all areas of commercial real estate lending. With over 20+ years of commercial real estate debt and equity experience, he possesses strong expertise in the underwriting, valuation and structuring of capital for income-producing real estate, owner/user real estate, multifamily (bank & agency), and SBA lending with a focus on the small to mid-market business. As a member of CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance Group, RJ is able to partner with other members from around North America to support the needs of his diverse client base.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, RJ spent 18 years at General Electric Real Estate, working in the financing and placement of just under $1 billion in commercial financings and real estate equity business.
