Richard "Rick" Gardner is an Associate in Brokerage Services focusing on office real estate properties. His real estate career of approximately 17 years encompasses a unique blend of hands-on experience. For his clients, Rick has strategically targeted and managed commercial transactions (office, retail, industrial, hospitality and land), representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. A Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, Rick has been involved in operations and business management with an emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
As a prior investor, Rick has first-hand experience rehabilitating multi-family units and serving as a landlord. In addition, he has taught finance courses for both an MBA program and a real estate pre-licensing program. Rick has furthered his industry expertise by successfully completing several certification programs sponsored by the National Association of Realtors.

In the late 1990s, Rick began his real estate career as a Financial Analysit for Joint Ventures with the Richard E. Jacobs Group. He subsequently served as a Branch Manager for a local real estate firm. Prior to CBRE, Rick was most recently a commercial agent with KW Commercial.
