Professional Experience
Richard Berry manages the day-to-day facilities operations at the New Jersey locations on the Chubb account. He works closely with CBRE senior management and the client to deliver a high level of services across the full FM platform. Throughout his career, Rich has progressed from maintenance technician to his current role by successfully leading team members on various projects and by using his broad knowledge of facilities issues and vendor management to deliver a high level of cost savings back to the client. His ability to successfully lead his team members combined with proven communication skills, decision making, and creative problem solving skills has contributed to successful project follow through, and high customer satisfaction.
Rich began his career as a Trammell Crow employee in 2005, and in 2006 he became a CBRE employee. Prior to 2005, he worked directly for Chubb in Administrative Services performing construction, electrical, mechanical, and hvac projects, becoming a Building Supervisor in 2002.
