Professional Experience 

Throughout his career, Richard Baron has focused on providing superior service and operational excellence to his clients. Rich joined CBRE in 2007 and is currently the Global Operations Director for the Cisco Systems account, leading FM and CPM Operations, the PMO organization, and Compliance. His team is dedicated to supporting global operations and program management to the client and CBRE account team for  over 17 million square feet of office and lab space.

Previously, Rich held multiple positions on the Siemens Account, including Interim Alliance Director, Director of Operations, Director Facilities Management, and Director Transitions. Responsibilities included; Facilities Management of over 5M square feet of manufacturing space, managing account operations for 200 locations and 18M square feet of Office and Manufacturing space, and leading FM transition of over 15 M square feet of space.

Prior to joining CBRE, Rich managed FM services for Siemens Automotive locations in the South and Midwest Regions. 

Rich’s greatest strength is his operations driven mentality and his focus on details. He has a reputation for developing high performing teams that drive operational excellence, customer service and client support
