Ric Brandt has provided commercial real estate services in the Puget Sound region since 1987. Ric specializes in office, industrial and high-tech leasing and sales.
Ric is originally from Everett, Washington, having attended Cascade High School and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. His success has grown due to understanding his clients’ needs and by developing creative, cost-effective and revenue maximizing real estate solutions.
Ric has been involved in over 1,100 lease and sale transactions totaling approximately 14.5 million square feet and over $1 billion in total consideration.
