Professional Experience
Ray Cagle is an Operating Engineer working on the Global High Technology Company account with over 3.5 years of Critical Facilities Management experience. He is responsible for seven Client sites located throughout the Virginia Tidewater Area encompassing over 7,000 sq/ft of office space and 7,500 sq/ft of Data Center.
As an operating engineer, Ray develops and executes planned maintenance schedules for critical facilities equipment such as uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems, emergency generators, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, fire protection, and general building maintenance to ensure that all facilities are operating at peak performance.
In 2011, Ray was also responsible for sites in the Midwest and North East as recruiting efforts were made to staff the engineer positions in these territories. He reestablished proper systems and procedures in these territories in order to bring the level of customer support to CBRE standards. Ray provided training for the new engineers hired for these territories and has offered follow up assistance.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ray held the position of Project Manager for Benson Homes where he managed high end residential home construction and remodeling projects, drove new contract sales, and led a team of personnel and subcontractors for national and regional award winning projects. He analyzed existing systems and methods and implemented changes resulting in increased profits, higher customer satisfaction and faster delivery.
Ray has prior experience in the fields of financial planning, counseling and computer hardware sales.
