Rachel Rodriguez

Rachel Olmeda-Rodriguez is an Assistant Real Estate Manager with CBRE, Inc. Rachel is assigned to Invesco Realty’s New River Center in downtown Fort Lauderdale, where she assists in the day-to-day management and operations of the 277,000 square feet (SF) office building.

Rachel has also managed 43,475 SF of medical office and retail space for TIC Properties Management, LLC, ensuring client communication and satisfaction while nurturing tenant relationships.

Rachel joined CBRE in 2009 as a Real Estate Services Administrator, assisting in the property management of TIAA-CREF’s Cypress Park West complex, which consists of two Class A office buildings totaling 229,225 SF with a six-story parking garage and a wetlands preserve of 7.76 acres.

In each role, Rachel has developed a reputation for possessing a high level of professionalism, responsibility and dedication in serving our clients and their tenants.
