Professional Experience
Rachel Giuliani is currently a Project Manager for the Houston office. Her portfolio consists of 10+ years of project management and facilities management. She has been an integral player managing projects at Houston Center, a group of Class A office buildings connected by tunnels and sky bridges totaling approximately 4.3 million square feet.
In addition to facilitating the overall project process, Ms. Giuliani is responsible for bi-weekly capital and expense reports for current projects, along with quarterly reports by region and portfolio.
Ms. Giuliani has served as CBRE’s Central Region Champion for Project Insight, a CBRE branded project management software solution. In this role, Ms. Giuliani provides peer-to-peer training; software beta testing and enhancement implementation; and regional report design and support. Ms. Giuliani is also involved with CBRE steering committee for software design, testing and integration for new solutions.
Prior to joining the CBRE team, Ms. Giuliani worked in the health services industry at a local retirement living community. During her tenure there, Rachel’s responsibilities included managing community improvement projects, determining scope of work, project budget and time lines, RFP and contractor selections, and managing resident relations during construction.
Ms. Giuliani is a member of several local and national real estate firms and has worked in several niche markets including healthcare/hospitality, retail and commercial. She brings a healthy understanding of leasing (enforcement and interpretation) and has built a close-knit network of industry contacts.
