Professional Experience
Rachel Eberle is a Vice President with CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance Group in Los Angeles, where she secures financing options and underwrites transactions for a variety of multifamily, office, retail, self-storage and industrial properties as well as new development projects.
Rachel has over 14 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CBRE, Rachel was a Vice President for Commercial Development and Leasing at Silverstein Properties in New York City where she managed the leasing of a 6.7 million square foot office portfolio. Her responsibilities included handling all leasing transactions, managing and tracking leasing activity and revenue, developing cash flow and other financial models to analyze how each transaction would impact the overall NOI and IRR and ultimately formulating and implementing a real estate strategy for the firm’s commercial properties.
Prior to joining Silverstein Properties, Rachel was with CBRE in both its Chicago and New York consulting groups where she was responsible for large commercial tenant representation accounts. Her role was to help clients manage their occupancy needs through strategy development, scenario planning, needs analysis, financial modeling, process management and transaction documentation.
