Price Onken has played a key role in successful leasing efforts at Alamo Ranch, Alamo Quarry Market, Arbor Park, Bandera Pointe, various H-E-B shopping centers, Houston Street, Huebner Oaks, Quarry Village and the Village at Stone Oak. He represents a range of clients including Merit Coffee, Cost Plus Nutrition, Denver Mattress Company, Mellow Mushroom, Natural Grocers and Phenix Salon Suites.
Price completed deals with Academy Sports + Outdoors, Bohanan's Prime Steaks and Seafood, Blue Mercury, Burkes Outlet, Five Below, Grimaldi's Pizza, Harbor Freight Tools, LA Fitness, Torchy's Tacos, Kendra Scott, Petsense, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Spec's Wines Spirits and Finer Foods, Texas De Brazil, Trader Joe's, James Avery and Sundance.
Price joined CBRE in 2019 through its acquisition of REATA Real Estate. Prior to joining REATA in 2007, Price was a Financial Analyst for H-E-B Grocery Company. Price graduated from Trinity University with Bachelor of Science in finance. During his time at Trinity, Price was a two-time captain of the Trinity University Basketball team. He is married with two children.
