As Senior Vice President within the Advisory & Transaction Services Division of CBRE, Patrick Greene specializes in the leasing, marketing, and positioning of privately and institutionally owned real estate. Pat represents the ownership of some of the region’s most significant real estate assets. He oversees a portfolio of over 3.5 million square feet of prime office space throughout Western Pennsylvania.
Pat has consistently appeared in local, regional, and national industry publications which annually track the region’s largest office leases and prominent dealmakers. Additionally, he has consistently been recognized as one of the top producing brokers in the CBRE Pittsburgh office. Pat has been involved in some of the region’s largest office lease transactions including a 200,000 SF lease with Nova Chemical Corporation, a 160,000 SF lease/build-to-suit for UPMC at the SouthSide Works project, a 100,000 SF lease with Cohen & Grigsby, a 300,000 SF lease with EQT Corporation, and a 150,000 SF lease with Citizens Bank.
His clients consist of the most prestigious commercial office landlords in the region. Pat is a trusted advisor to our region’s developers and has provided strategic advice to those seeking to maximize asset value through adaptive re-use, renovation of existing assets, and re-introduction of older assets to the marketplace through strategic capital development.
Pat works closely with CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance Group and Investment Properties Group to assemble teams of leading professionals best suited to serve his clients. With over 27 years of service to his clients, Pat is one of the most tenured and senior professionals in the CBRE Pittsburgh office.
