Professional Experience


Phil Kelloff serves as Americas Leader for Portfolio Services, which provides CBRE clients with robust commercial real estate data management, lease administration, rent management, audit services, and sophisticated data analytics/reporting. With over 200,000 leases under management, 1,200 career professionals servicing 189 countries, CBRE Portfolio Services/Lease Administration is truly the industry leader in this space.

Phil is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience and knowledge across a wide array of business functions. Phil’s background in Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management with a leading global financial institution gave him an invaluable foundation in performing major market strategy for both retail and office properties. Phil joined CBRE in 2003 as the global Transaction Management Platform Director for the Global Workplace Solutions division (GWS), where he developed CBRE’s TM platform, TM toolkit, process playbooks and governance model. As HR Operations leader, Phil was responsible for managing core day-to-day operations and was accountable for ensuring accurate, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of HR services to 95,000+ employees globally, covering all business segments at CBRE.

Phil was the Managing Director of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services global technology platform, for a two-year period, accountable for developing and leveraging CBRE's next generation technology toolkit for account-based transactional activities.

In addition to his eclectic experience in operations, Phil has also held multiple high-profile client-facing leadership roles, including as Account leader for Alphabet, and Global Alliance Director for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and Boeing.

Prior to joining CBRE, Phil was on the client side for 10 years at Bank of America as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, based in San Francisco.
