Professional Experience
Philip Sprague joined the Industrial & Logistics group in 2008 after working as a research analyst for two years in CBRE’s Oakland California office. He is responsible for the leasing, sale of industrial properties and land in Oakland and Wayne Counties.
Mr. Sprague enables his clients - owners, occupiers, investors, and developers to make the most educated real estate decision possible by providing strategic consulting and transaction services that enhance value, reduce cost and manage risk.
